Not feeling well

I dunno whts wrong with me....I have a very bad migraine, tried sleeping it off but it seems to get worst..tummy ache, no appetite, feel nauseous, even vomiited twice whn i reached home...I went office ths morning then to Haw Par for meeting & then bck to d office. After lunch i went to dr n i got pm mc....r said my blood pressure a bit low as well, look a bit weak as well...left office 2+pm...still giddy....sigh~
